Kate is a fearless warrior with over 15 years in wedding planning. She’s the one friends, family, and colleagues have called in crisis after crisis to save the day. After stepping in to rescue countless weddings, she finally launched Tactical Ivory — her own boutique firm built to give couples the calm, confident experience they deserve.

She’s also a devoted mom who grew up in a large, chaotic family — the kind that taught her how to keep her cool when everything feels out of control. In 2021, during the height of COVID, she proved it: she planned and executed her own wedding to Mike with such grace and beauty that guests still talk about it. No hitches. Just compliments, happy tears, and a day that felt effortless.

Mike is her forever — and her perfect tactical counterpart. A former Army paratrooper and lifelong “grunt,” he’s spent his life starting at the bottom rung and climbing every one with discipline and heart. Operations is his language. He’s a certified personal trainer, a lifelong athlete, and the guy who literally volunteered to jump out of perfectly good airplanes. After his military service, he mastered corporate operations by blending strategy, grit, and a genuine love for helping people.
