Kate brings 15 years of wedding expertise to every client she works with. She's the person friends, family, and colleagues have trusted with their most important moments — the one who stays calm when everything feels uncertain and finds the solution before anyone else knows there was a problem.

She's also a devoted mother who grew up in a large, chaotic family — the kind that taught her how to keep her composure when everything around her is moving at once. In 2021, during the height of COVID, she proved what she was made of: she planned and executed her own wedding to Mike with such precision and grace that guests still talk about it. No hitches. No chaos. Just a day that felt effortless.

That wedding became the proof of concept for everything Tactical Ivory stands for.

Mike is a former Army paratrooper who spent his military career learning that preparation isn't optional — it's the difference between a mission that succeeds and one that doesn't. He's the guy who volunteered to jump out of perfectly good airplanes. Operations is his language.

After his military service Mike brought that same discipline to the civilian world — building expertise in strategy, logistics, and execution across every environment he entered. He became a certified personal trainer, a lifelong athlete, and a student of what it means to perform at the highest level under pressure.

At Tactical Ivory, Mike leads every groom and best man through their side of the wedding day — the side most planners completely ignore. His clients show up prepared, present, and ready.

We accept a limited number of weddings each year. Every client works with Kate or Mike personally — not a coordinator, not an assistant. The standard we commit to at the first consultation is the standard we deliver on the wedding day.
